1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HomeRevivalPros.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. HomeRevivalPros.com is a lead-generation service that matches homeowners with local bathroom remodeling specialists ("Service Providers"). We are not a contractor and do not perform any remodeling work directly.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; (d) use any automated means to access or scrape the Site.

3. Lead Submissions

When you submit your information through the Site, you agree that HomeRevivalPros.com may share your contact information with up to four (4) Service Providers in your geographic area who can fulfill your request. You acknowledge that those Service Providers may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your project, including via automated dialing systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

4. No Warranty on Service Providers

HomeRevivalPros.com does not endorse, employ, or guarantee the work of any Service Provider matched through the Site. We make no representations regarding the quality, pricing, licensing, insurance, or workmanship of any Service Provider. You are solely responsible for vetting any contractor before entering into a contract. Any agreements, payments, or disputes arising from work performed are between you and the Service Provider.

5. No Quotes Are Binding

Any pricing estimates or "quotes" provided through the Site or by Service Providers are preliminary and non-binding until a written contract is signed between you and a Service Provider. Final pricing depends on in-home assessment and project specifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HomeRevivalPros.com or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEREVIVALPROS.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY A SERVICE PROVIDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeRevivalPros.com, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any Service Provider.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to participate in a class action against HomeRevivalPros.com. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware unless otherwise agreed.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
